What happened to my order? I have not received it.

It is only natural to be anxious about your order if you feel it is late.  Please note that it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3-4 business days.

How can I track my order?

ANSWER:

You can track your order by utilizing the order shipment notice sent to you. The order shipment notice provides a tracking number as well as tracking search portal for you to use in your search.

If you have your tracking number but no longer have your order shipment notice with its tracking search portal, you can track your order by clicking TRACK ORDER on the header section located at the top of the NYCHL store.

I received an item that was damaged, how can I receive an exchange or refund?

ANSWER:

Please contact NYCHL at info@nychomeoflegends.com to report the defective item, along with an attached photo documentation of the damage. You will then be contacted between 24 and 48 hours with specific instructions concerning your exchange or refund.
